A Brief Run Down with Thoughts | Busco Novio Para Mi Mujer

Last night I went to go watch Busco Novio Para Mi Mujer. Les dejo saber que when it comes to a relationship, communication is the main keep point. I'm not a relationship expert pero hello..it's come sense.

Well the movie is about a man (Paco) that is fed up with his nagging and nitpicking wife (Dana). So he decides to hire the man, "El Taiger" to seduce his wife so she can break off the marriage. Why, because he can't seem to communicate with his wife about how he really feels. Ni tiene los huevos para decirle que se quiere separar...
Y no es para hablar mal de los hombres, porque es no es la razon. Es mas que me hace reir como hacer las cosas este tal Paco.

Dana is a stay at home wife that pretty much does nothing but cooks and smokes. She has a degree in journalism but doesn't really care for a job. Nothing seems to phase her, and carrying conversations with idiots just kills her.

El Traiger is known to be a professional seducer and is hired for the job. He tell Paco that he needs to find a way to get Dana out of the house so they can continue with the plan of him seducing her. Paco comes up with a great idea of Dana getting a job at a radio station, his friend's station. A station where in reality they can't afford to pay Dana so Paco makes a deal that he would pay her. Because when you think about it, it's not a bad idea because he isn't losing money. So she starts this radio business where people automatically love her off the bat. As time goes by she seems much happier, she goes on these random dates with El Traiger which are never planned but they seem to be at the same place at the same time. Throughout this entire time, Dana seems to be a happier person and Paco catches himself falling back in love with his wife again. Little does he know that it's much too late to try to stop everything that is happening with his wife and El Traiger.

One night Dana goes out and doesn't make it back home that same night, so Paco goes looking for El Traiger to end it. He finds El Traiger and tells him the deal is off but El Traiger confesses that he has fallen in love with Dana. Paco runs home to only find Dana there in deep thoughts. She confesses to Paco that she is confuse and needs time. Paco confesses to her that it was all a settle up because he just didn't know how to ask for a divorce. Dana explodes and tells Paco that she couldn't believe he did such a thing after she remained faithful to him after the fact that his friend (the radio guy) wanted to be with her. After all this time, Paco was afraid of Dana falling for El Tragier that he totally forgot about the radio guy. The guy that he had pretty much set her up with.

Dana moves out, gets her on station and files for a divorce. After all, that's what Paco wanted so bad and could never seem to say it directly. Finally the day of signing the divorce papers arrives but the judge postposes the signing off for two hours. In the mean time, Paco wastes no time to try to conquer Dana back. The movie ends with them together talking about traveling and doing the things she always wanted when they first got together.

The movie in general was funny to me but this just made me think of the fact that many relationships may end because the lack of communication. I think that this is a good movie to make you react to your present relationship and allows you to analyze how NOT to go about with a relationship. Well besides the ending I would say that it was a good movie. I would probably rate it about 7, 7.5 just because I expected more on the ending. I really liked Dana's character, she pretty much just told you how it was but was always so negative at everything, that just made it hilarious.
